Christmas Meltdown Challenge
Tired of the holiday weight gain? Is it wreaking havoc with your blood pressure, diabetes, or cholesterol numbers? Sick of the hurry scurry at the gym after Christmas? Here is an incentive to lose weight and keep your health numbers under control heading into the New Year! Challenge runsDecember 1-31, 2018.
Here is what you do:
- Get at least 20 minutes of cardio 5 days a week
- Strength train 2 days a week 8 major muscle groups or full body functional training
- weigh or measure yourself each week and/or
- Record your health numbers weekly as it permissible with your doctor (not all numbers may be easily recorded weekly. Share this challenge with your doctor to see if it is reasonable for you to participate. You will take sole responsibility for any injuries sustained or incurred).
Rules: Any winner of a prize with Be Totally Fit for Life! within six months of the beginning of each contest is not eligible for drawing, but may participate in Challenges for the health benefits. Only one prize per winner. In the event a prize is not claimed within 5 business days, another drawing for unclaimed prizes will be held. Prizes are not transferable. No winner will be able to get cash value in lieu of prize.
