Personal Training 6 Pack of One Hour Sessions
Get personalized attention to help you meet your health and fitness goals. Using an intake assessment, Charlaine will guide you through the goal setting process, help you figure your goal weight and design a do-able exercise plan. She conducts these training sessions with FaceTime, Skype, or Google Hangouts in the privacy of your own home or office using body weight and easily obtained exercise equipment designed for home use. Periodic reviews are done to optimize your plan to meet your needs.
Includes intake assessment and six one hour personal training sessions.
