Hi, I'm Charlaine Martin. I'm a writer, personal trainer, Healthy Lifestyles Coach, and owner here at Be Totally Fit for Life! I love to eat healthy, exercise, bike, swim, garden, and fly with my hubby. Most of all, I love our amazing God! 

How facinating are the wonders of nature, the intricacy of the human body, and how He created us! Our Creator put His fingerprint on everything He made. That includes each one of us!

 It occurred to me one day we have the responsibility for the care of our bodies to serve Christ and others to honor God. You are an amazing creation of God's. Certainly, you want to honor Him with all of yourself out of gratitude for what He's done for you. As one of God's children, I want to help you be free from crazy diets, weight loss gimmicks, and flimsy solutions on your journey to total health.

I hope you are inspired to take control of your own health. You only have this one body to use while you are here on earth. Let me help you discover how to treat it well. May you find refreshment for your journey to total health!

From now until February 28, 2019, if your doctor has given you the OK to exercise, do low to moderate cardio exercise for 20+ minutes each day for 3-5 days a week. Check in weekly with your number of days and how long you exercised to get credit. Each week of 3-5 days of exercise will get you an entry into a drawing. Drawing will be held March 5, 2019 by random drawing.
