Personal training is valuable avenue to meet your health and weight loss goals.  Whether you want to lose weight, look better for a special event, or improve your physical abilities, I am there for you! I look forward to helping you feel better, look better, move more freely, and reduce stress.

We work as a team to develop a personal plan that will work for your hectic schedule and keep your wallet happy! This approach provides personalized workout programs designed for you using your goals and info from the intake assessment. We use Skype and/or FaceTime, video,email, phone and text to help you achieve your goals.


Weekly appointments may be set, but your workouts are on your time, your plan! A FaceTime or Skype intake interview will be important to help you get off to a great start. There may be times when you need additional help, so you will be contacted within a reasonable time frame to get help with any difficulties you may have. After payment is confirmed, you will need to provide your email address. You will receive confirmation of receipt, then we can get started.
